techniques as well as simulation modeling with CORSIM to assess
existing conditions and future conditions based on developed
growth forecasts. DEA is developing a range of
alternatives for corridor improvement to address deficiencies
while taking into account the unique nature of the South Fork
communities and sensitivity to community concerns.
