Impact Studies and Special Events including the 1986 and 1995 U.S.
Golf Opens in Shinnecock Hills, NY. He served as Director
of the INFORM Traffic Management System from its inception
through final design. He has made numerous presentations to
government agencies, the public, media and political leaders.

Ron Hill is Principal-in-Charge
of Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning
Mr. Hill has managed most traffic engineering design projects
performed by DEA, completing designs for
is currently the DEA Principal-in-Charge of several County Road
Traffic Corridor Studies and a major lane structure replacement
for the Town of Southampton. Mr. Hill represents DEA on the Long Island Transportation Plan – 2000.
He was also
Principal-in-Charge of the Route 347 Corridor Study. He has directed designs of traffic signal systems, traffic signals,
pavement marking, and signing. He is a licensed professional
engineer in New York.

Robert A. Reiss, P.E.
Reiss has devoted his 30 +
year career to
Intelligent Transportation Systems.
He manages DEA's practice
in ITS and serves as Principal-in-Charge of the firm's major ITS
projects in Washington, D.C., Boston, MA, Orlando, FL, Long
Island, NY and NYC. He has coauthored major FHWA Handbooks
in Incident Management, Communications, Traffic Control Systems
and Freeway Management and Operations, all of which are widely used in the ITS field.
He is a licensed professional engineer in New York, Massachusetts,
New Jersey and Florida.
